Job description

Associate Attorney - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Real Estate practice group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial leasing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal services to clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Draft and review various real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents

• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including reviewing title reports, survey reports, and other relevant documents

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

• Stay up-to-date on developments in real estate law and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements:

• At least four years of transactional experience in real estate law

• Strong knowledge of real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial leasing

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
