Job Overview:
Seeking Full Scope Technologists or Limited Scope Licensed X-Ray Technicians for Part Time or Per Diem positions for multiple Urgent Care Facilities. We are looking to cover shifts during days/evenings/weekends. We can guarantee up to 30 hours per week. Experienced or Entry Level techs are welcomed. This position is for X-Ray CR Imaging Only. (No Medical Assisting Duties!) Must possess basic radiology fundamentals and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must also possess great customer service skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic x-rays in accordance with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures
  • Adhere to ALARA and patient safety standards
  • Ensure radiology reports import into the EMR system
  • Monitor PACS (Clarity PACS and OnePacs)
  • Burn CDs for patients upon request

Requirements
Minimum Requirements Qualification:
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Must possess basic radiology fundamentals and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must also possess great customer service skills.

Physical Demands
โ€ข The roll may require prolonged sitting, standing, reaching, extending, kneeling, or walking.
โ€ข Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform related tasks such as assisting patients or
handling equipment

Special Skills Training:
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • California State Diagnostic License (Required)
