Job description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Technician for its food manufacturing facility.

The QA Technician will assist with monitoring food safety, product quality, inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.

JOB DUTIES:

• Conduct production line checks and visual inspections
• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished products
• Perform basic quality checks including weight, temperature, pH, moisture, and metal detection verification
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and food safety procedures
• Assist with sanitation inspections and verification
• Collect product samples for testing as needed
• Complete QA forms, logs, reports, and other documentation accurately
• Identify and immediately report quality or food safety concerns
• Assist with hold/release, rework, and product disposition procedures
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional QA duties as assigned

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✅ Must be able to accurately complete paperwork and documentation
