Job Summary:
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Tines Automation Engineer for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and maintaining automation workflows using the Tines platform, working directly with stakeholders to design and deliver automation stories that integrate multiple security and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure Tines automation platform
• Integrate SSO and connect Tines to external repositories and password vaults
• Configure on-prem Cloudflare tunnels for secure connectivity
• Work with AWS Bedrock for AI-driven integrations
• Build automation stories that orchestrate across CrowdStrike, Tanium, Splunk, Anvilogic, ThreatQ, and other common EDR, SIEM, and cloud environments
• Write and debug automation logic in Python
• Review and interpret Tines logs for troubleshooting and optimization
• Create detailed technical documentation for all orchestration workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to set up integrations and follow enterprise change management processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Tines
• Experience integrating SSO, external repositories, and password vaults
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Proficiency with Git for version control
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience configuring Cloudflare tunnels and working with AWS Bedrock
• Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot Tines logs
• Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Experience with Scrum or other agile development methodologies
Preferred:
• Tines Certifications (both entry-level certifications preferred)
