Job Overview

Are you looking to break into real estate or property management but dont have experience yet? This is a great place to start.

Were hiring a dependable and motivated Field Operations Assistant to join our growing property management team in Dallas. This is an entry-level, contract-to-hire position designed for someone who is eager to learn and ready to gain hands-on experience in residential real estate.

Youll assist with property inspections, rental readiness checks, basic field support, and light administrative tasks. No prior real estate experience is required we will train the right person.

This role begins as a contracted position with a 90180 day probationary period. Candidates who show strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative may be offered a full-time position.

  • Visit rental properties to ensure homes are clean, safe, and rent-ready.
  • Verify appliances are installed and functioning properly.
  • Place For Rent signs and assist with property marketing.
  • Take clear photos for listings and documentation.
  • Perform light touch-up cleaning when needed.
  • Monitor vacant homes to help prevent theft or damage.
  • Plan and manage daily routes efficiently.
  • Upload photos, submit reports, and communicate updates to the team.
