Job description

Property Manager – Commercial Office Building

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 98,000 square foot commercial property located in University Park, Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who excels in tenant relations, financial oversight, employee management and building operations. Apartment, Storage and Warehouse Management will not be considered. Send your resume to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the commercial property, ensuring efficient, professional, and compliant performance

  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants; build strong relationships and promptly address concerns
  • Oversee vendor contracts, service providers, and maintenance teams
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
  • Manage a team of eight employees
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing commercial properties. Storage, Warehouse or Apartment management will not be considered
  • College degree required
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, real estate showings, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Excellent communication, employee management and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with leases & lease selling, and showing space to potential tenants
