What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with project teams for effective communicationย 
  • Prepare project deliverables with attention to detail
  • Develop foundational knowledge of the construction industry, including terminology, roles, and core processes
  • Develop skills in quality control by assisting with the review of project documents, including formatting, proofreading, and ensuring compliance with PAEโ€™s graphical standards
  • Develop ability to facilitate construction administration activities such as distributing and tracking RFIs and submittals.ย 
  • Track deadlines and action items
  • Assist with project documentation, meeting setup and deliverables
  • Utilize tools within the project quality management plan (QMP)
  • Provide support to Senior Project Coordinators as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an administrative role ideally with an engineering firm or other subcontractor preferredย 
  • Team player
  • Reliable and flexible in style of work and able to maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between tasks
  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Database Programs

What We Offerย 

  • Hiring Base Salary Range: $52,400-$62,500 annualย 
    • This position is eligible for time and a halfย overtime pay

The base salary is one component of PAEโ€™s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered.
