Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

· Drive operational efficiency and process improvements, including automation and quality frameworks

· Analyze data, workflows, and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities

· Manage end-to-end workflows, including escalations and case resolution

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) to implement solutions

· Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and governance standards

Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Strong experience in process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency

· Ability to analyze data, KPIs, and workflows to drive insights and decisions

· Experience managing end-to-end operations, escalations, and workflow resolution

· Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders)
