Description:
โ€ข Lead and coordinate marketing operations, product launches, customer engagement programs, and tradeshow activities.
โ€ข Manage project timelines, vendor coordination, logistics, and marketing workflows to support commercial and marketing initiatives.
โ€ข Work closely with franchise marketing, regional teams, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
โ€ข Support marketing operations, launch tracking, budget coordination, and process improvement initiatives in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage tradeshow and customer engagement event operations, logistics, and scheduling.
โ€ข Coordinate booth setup, vendor communication, material shipments, and meeting planning.
โ€ข Track marketing deliverables and event timelines to ensure successful execution.
โ€ข Support digital asset coordination for marketing promotions and campaigns.
โ€ข Maintain franchise conference calendars and activity trackers.
โ€ข Manage marketing workflows in systems such as Workfront and Veeva.
โ€ข Coordinate regulatory review submissions and approval tracking.
โ€ข Support launch dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational tracking.
โ€ข Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination.
โ€ข Identify and support process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
โ€ข Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or program management.
