Remote Project Manager – Surveillance & Compliance Product Implementation
Open to All Time Zones | 100% Remote | Temp-to-Hire Potential

About the Opportunity:

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing team as our next Project Manager, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for Surveillance & Compliance Product implementations. This fully remote position is open to candidates in any time zone and offers the potential to convert to a full-time, permanent role with competitive salary and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding client service and detailed project management from project kickoff to post-implementation review
  • Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and successful software implementations
  • Build and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with Clinical and IT professionals—primarily over the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Lead critical project milestones including requirements review, design review, test readiness review, and post-implementation assessment
  • Manage project plans, documentation, issues, and status updates with precision and accuracy
  • Lead and facilitate internal and client meetings, including creating and presenting clear, professional presentations
  • Ensure all sensitive data is managed in a HIPAA-compliant environment
  • Advocate for our products and embody project management best practices throughout every engagement
  • Work toward and help achieve company-defined metric goals

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of project management experience or a Master’s degree with 0–2 years of project management experience
  • Proven experience with software implementation projects (preferably in a healthcare or compliance environment)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and professional presentations
  • Strong organizational, planning, and documentation skills
  • Competence with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite)
Preferred:
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM)
