Starting pay is $22.99 per hour plus a .81 shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts. We also offer a great benefits package that includes health benefits, 401(k), and more!
We have openings for entry level production roles for our swing shift (3pm - 11pm) and graveyard shift (11pm - 7am / 9PM - 7 AM).

For production roles, here are the key functions we ask associates to safely perform:
  • Run machinery that sorts, cuts, presses or finishes engineered wood products
  • Manually grade, sort, and guide pieces of veneer on conveyors
  • Use shovel, broom, and/or equipment to clean up work areas
  • Operate a forklift, crane, or other rolling stock

Qualifications
Candidate requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Successful candidates will be able to:
  • Be motivated, take pride in their work and be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be a team player, be willing to learn new things and be part of a collaborative team
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and have good attendance
  • Be able and willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Follow all safety practices, participate in safety initiatives and help others work safely
  • Be able to perform labor-intensive work in a production environment
  • Be able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas
  • Be able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand up to 3 hours at a time for 8+ hours
