Position Overview:
The Product Data & Content Coordinator provides essential support for the Sales and Marketing team and is responsible for maintaining accurate, high-quality product information across all digital channels including marketplaces, distributor portals, partner systems, and internal platforms. The role encompasses management of PIM workflows, content accuracy, administration of security and permissions, performance tracking, and recommending enhancements.
This position requires a technologically proficient and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in structured data, digital content, and analytical problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Set up and monitor product data workflows for review, approval, and publishing processes.
  • Manage inputs, outputs, exports, templates, and user access within the PIM.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Address missing data, validation errors, and formatting discrepancies.

Marketplace & Retail Portal Accuracy
  • Ensure that product listings are consistently accurate across all retail platforms.
  • Verifying all content is complete, including titles, bullet points, specifications, images, pricing, documents, and compliance-related fields.
  • Monitor and resolve suppressed or errored listings.
  • Monitor pricing, availability, and partner required formats.
  • Review and manage comments and product reviews on websites.

Data Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure product content meets marketplace, retailer, and distributor compliance standards.
  • Ensure that all product data remains consistent and adheres to applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal governance policies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track product content health, listing errors, performance trends, suppression events, and any other performance metrics.
  • Prepare routine reports for Sales & Marketing.

Content Analysis & Optimization
  • Recommend actionable improvements to product attributes and supporting documents.
  • Suggest opportunities for enhanced content, bundling, or improved positioning.
  • Ensure MAUC and margin structures are accurately reflected in product data.

Platform Access & Credential Management
  • Track credentials and maintain secure, organized records.
  • Manage roles, permission, access, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure systems remain accessible and correctly configured for all internal and external users.
  • Training internal and external users on portal tools and resources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information.
  • Document internal workflows, SOPs, and content processes for team use.
  • Support internal teams by providing needed content files, data, or reports.
  • Communicate professionally with partners, vendors, and support contacts.

Awareness of SKU Lifecycle
  • Track changes to product information, maintain version histories, and support rollback if necessary.
  • Oversee digital traffic, comments, and reviews. Other tasks as defined
