JOB TITLE: Product Data Management Specialist 3
LOCATION: Everett, WA
PAY RATE: $59.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Defines, documents, and interprets product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data management, and engineering processes.

  • Develops, documents, and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements.

  • Maintains configuration control for product data and engineering documentation.

  • Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration, and contractual requirements.

  • Supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.

  • Assists with development certification plans and integrated process architecture infrastructures.

  • Develops process models, product structure definitions, and data requirements or data management processes.

  • Supports design and delivery of complex Business Intelligence (BI) information models.

  • Designs dashboards and metrics that meet business objectives.

  • Creates reports using data from databases accessed via SQL.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with SQL for database access and data retrieval.

  • Experience with PowerBI including writing queries, M and DAX formulas, and dashboard or GUI design.

  • Experience defining, documenting, and interpreting product requirements.

  • Experience developing plans and processes for certification, configuration, and data management.

  • Experience tracking and reporting data for regulatory and contractual compliance.

  • Experience supporting audits and reviews for product requirements compliance.

  • Experience developing certification plans and process architectures.

  • Experience developing process models and product structure definitions.

  • Experience designing and delivering BI dashboards and reports to meet business objectives.
