About the Role
Northwestern Marketing Concepts Inc. is seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our growing sales team in the Boise area. This is an entry-level opportunity offering hands-on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to develop their sales and communication skills.
The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, confident communicating with people, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet face-to-face with prospective customers to discuss At&t products and services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up with leads and scheduled appointments
- Learn and apply company sales systems and processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve performance goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
