SignalXi is hiring an Entry Level AT&T Wireless Sales Consultant to grow with our sales and business consulting firm. The Entry Level AT&T Wireless Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in expanding AT&T's presence through direct community engagement, sales orders, and helping customers discover optimal solutions from their extensive product lineup while building a career filled with development and opportunities.

As an AT&T Team Member, you will execute SignalXi sales strategy for AT&T's products. This Entry Level AT&T Wireless Sales Consultant role centers on personalized customer connections, providing expert guidance on AT&T's wireless services while developing your skills in client consultation and territory management.

Entry Level AT&T Wireless Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute in-person outreach and sales strategies to promote AT&T’s wireless services within assigned service areas.
  • Evaluate customer communication requirements and recommend service bundles and sales orders that align with usage patterns, budget constraints, and network availability.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial lead generation through service education, account setup, and activation coordination.
  • Analyze territory performance using metrics such as conversion rates, service activations, and customer feedback to refine outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues, improve onboarding workflows, and contribute to regional growth initiatives aligned with AT&T.

Entry Level AT&T Wireless Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Background in sales, customer service, enrollment roles or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide customer decisions and explain service offerings clearly.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, service timelines, and team activities with consistency and precision.
