Role:

Consulting Analyst, Order to Cash

Location:
  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
What you'll do
  • Support Order-to-Cash technology implementation projects through all phases of delivery, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Assist in analyzing and documenting current-state and future-state O2C business processes.
  • Support solution design activities across key O2C process areas, including: customer master data. credit and risk management, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition, collection and cash application.
  • Create client-ready presentations, process documentation, status updates, and project deliverables aligned with Clearsulting standards.
  • Assist with project management activities including workplan maintenance, milestone tracking, risk logging, status reporting, and action item management
What You'll Bring:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance transformation, accounting operations, revenue operations, shared services, business systems, or related experience.
  • Exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including one or more of the following: billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, collections or credit management
  • Experience supporting at least one technology implementation involvingenterprise software solutions.
  • Experience participating in project activities such as requirements gathering, testing, training, process documentation, or deployment support.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

The compensation range for this position is $68,000-86,000. W e are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
