Job Summary

Entry-level manufacturing engineering role focused on shop-floor support, process improvement, and assembly operations, with strong involvement in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects
• Work closely with production teams to resolve day-to-day issues
• Perform feasibility testing and validate engineering solutions
• Assist in developing standards, process documentation, and specifications
• Analyze production data and identify process gaps
• Support product development and implementation activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Provide direct line support and communicate project updates to leadership
