Casting Line Technician, Molding & Finishing

Join Waupaca Foundry, Inc. in Marinette, WI as we build the future of iron castings through craftsmanship, sustainability, and continuous improvement. This full-time opportunity places you at the center of a modern foundry team that delivers reliable components to industries around the world.

Every shift you support safe, efficient production that keeps our customers on schedule. You’ll start in a production or service department, receive hands-on training, and progress into defined job classifications as you master new skills.

Core responsibilities
  • Practice safety first—complete all safety training and follow departmental procedures.
  • Rely on process control docs and DWIs to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to our 6-S housekeeping and organization culture.
  • Engage in ISO 14001 environmental training.
  • Maintain work pace to achieve delivery and production goals.
  • Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment.
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify casting defects.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
