Job Title: Print Shop Production Worker (Entry Level)
Location: Eastlake
Pay: $16.00/hour (with print shop experience)
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Print Shop Production Workers to join our fast-paced print shop team. This is a hands-on role involving the operation of printing and finishing equipment, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various print shop equipment including inkjet printers, inserters, bindery, cutters, and sorters

  • Maintain high quality standards while following detailed production procedures

  • Prepare printed materials for postal delivery

  • Ensure production goals are met in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations

  • Operate a tow motor (preferred but not required)

Qualifications:

  • Must be detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and able to work well with others
