Join our team as a Printing Assistant

Embark on a career where your skills in equipment troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving make a significant impact! We are in search of dedicated Printing Assistants to become vital members of our innovative team based in Navarre, OH, 44662.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (6 am - 2:30 pm)

Your Role:

In this capacity, you'll ensure the seamless operation and efficiency of our production line, where your setup expertise and troubleshooting abilities will be highly valued and utilized.

Key Duties:
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly
  • Support machine setups for smooth production runs
  • Effectively operate and uphold machinery including corrugated presses, gluing and folding machines, strappers, band saws and a slitter machine.
  • Maintain quality standards for packaging materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational processes
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges
  • Previous experience in packaging or press operations
  • Competent in shop math; adept with tape measure readings
  • Demonstrated history fo long-term employment and strong attendance reliability
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Available for occasional overtime
