Description
Are you a highly skilled Flexographic Press Operator looking for a stable company, modern equipment, and a team-oriented culture? If so, we may have the opportunity you've been searching for.
We are a respected leader in the label printing industry with operations in California, Ohio, and Texas. We produce premium-quality labels for the cosmetics, personal care, beverage, food, and dietary supplement industries.
We are currently seeking an experienced Flexo Press Operator to join our production team on 2nd Shift. The ideal candidate will have strong technical press skills, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Schedule
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Paid Shift Differential
  • Air-Conditioned Production Facility

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2+ years of flexographic press experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience operating Mark Andy and/or Nilpeter presses strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, materials, and quality standards
  • Ability to run complex jobs with minimal scrap and downtime
  • Strong color management and registration skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented "can-do" attitude

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate flexo label printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules
  • Review job tickets and verify stock, inks, plates, dies, and anilox rolls
  • Perform line clearance and complete all start-up quality checks
  • Maintain print quality, color accuracy, registration, and consistency throughout production runs
  • Monitor press performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot print defects, equipment issues, and material inconsistencies
  • Complete production documentation and job closeout accurately
  • Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE
  • Work collaboratively with press support, quality, and finishing departments to meet production goals
  • Work overtime as required to support customer deadlines
