Job Description

We are looking for a talented Power Automate Contractor to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated flows using Microsoft Power Automate within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, building flows to automate workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with various Microsoft services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design and develop efficient, scalable Power Automate flows that improve business processes.
  • Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 applications, such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive, as well as third-party applications.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of flows to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Document flow designs, processes, and maintenance procedures to support knowledge sharing and future updates.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing automated workflows effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Power Automate and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Automate, including strong knowledge of flow creation, management, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) and integration capabilities.
  • Understanding of process analysis and workflow design principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated flows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of APIs and webhooks for integration with external systems.
