Findlay is one of the largest & fastest growing automotive groups in Southwest U.S. We're seeking top Technician talent to help grow our business and keep up with the high demand. We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced candidates to join our team! This entry level position will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotation and other light maintenance work. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive service.  We will provide you with hands-on training & a dedicated team of veteran Technicians who will assist you with your ramp up.

No matter whether you have graduated from an Automotive trade school or learned to work on vehicles in your personal time, if it is your goal to become a Master Technician, we will help you obtain it! We pay for all manufacturer training and all ASE testing as long as you pass.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and communicate oil level to teammates
  • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Complete vehicle inspection
  • Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
  • More complex services will be added as you develop
  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Must be 18 years of age with a valid Nevada State Drivers License and clean driving record.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Basic computer skills.
