Marketing Events Manager (IV Therapy Clinic)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) + service credits 

Schedule: Day shifts only | Flexible scheduling

Location: In-Person shifts in Los Gatos, CA

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Events Manager (Pop-Up & Community Outreach) to represent our IV Nutrition Clinic in the community. The Events Manager will assist in planning, setting up, and executing weekly pop-up events at gyms, offices, wellness centers, and local community venues. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness, educate potential clients about IV nutrition and wellness services, and drive new client interest through meaningful, in-person interactions. You will engage directly with the community, educate potential clients about IV Nutrition product & services, and help grow brand awareness.

The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality, strong communication skills, confidence in approaching new people, and the ability to represent the clinic in a professional and approachable manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable explaining basic wellness concepts, distributing promotional materials, and creating a positive first impression of the brand.
