Position Overview

As aPool Service Technician, youll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and water features. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Youll work independently in the field while being supported by a dedicated office and management team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain properwater chemistryand ensure pools meet health and safety standards.
  • Performroutine cleaningof pools, spas, and water features (including brushing, vacuuming, skimming, and filter maintenance).
  • Conductregular equipment inspectionsand minor repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurateservice logs and reportsfor each property.
  • Monitor and trackchemical and supply inventory.
  • Identify and report any equipment issues or property concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a professional and safe work environment at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experiencein a service, maintenance, or labor-based role (pool experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to workindependentlywith strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and move equipment as needed.
