The Pool Mechanic is an established Orlando pool service company, and we are hiring an experienced Pool Service Technician to service residential and commercial pools on a daily route. This is a hands-on, on-the-road role for someone who takes pride in clean water, happy customers and a job done right.
This is not an entry-level position. You must have at least one full year of pool service experience with a pool company to be considered.

What you will do

•      Clean and maintain residential and commercial pools and spas on a set route.

•      Test and balance pool chemistry, and keep chemicals correctly dosed.

•      Maintain and make basic checks on pool and spa equipment.

•      Deliver friendly, professional service and communicate clearly with customers.

•      Keep accurate job records and report issues promptly.

What you must have

•      At least 1 full year of proffessional pool service experience — mandatory.

•      Previous employment with a pool service company (please state it on your application).

•      Fluent spoken English and strong customer-service skills.

•      Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating basis and adapt your hours as routes require.

•      A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
•      Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida conditions.
•      Reliable, punctual, well-presented and a team player.

What we offer

•      $20+ per hour based on experience and completion of probationary period.
•      Free uniforms.
•      Paid time off.
•      Training and development.
•      Real opportunity for advancement as we grow.

How to apply

Apply through Indeed and answer the short screening questions. Please include a phone number where we can reach you, and tell us which pool company you worked for and for how long. We review applications quickly and will call qualified candidates to arrange an interview.
