Job Description: Earn up to $250,000+ per year at Gold PM&R. Gold is seeking dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic team. As a Gold PM&R provider, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Gold PM&R specializes in acute and subacute rehabilitation units and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations, to determine appropriate rehabilitation goals and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize functional outcomes and promote independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of initial evaluations and progress notes in electronic medical records systems.
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) degree.
- Valid medical license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills in the evaluation and management of patients with acute and subacute rehabilitation needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and progress notes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to professional growth and development.
