Job description

Position Summary:

PELOTON Workforce is seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our nonprofit client for a Temporary Customer Service Representative position. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient order processing.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, accuracy in order entry, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales, and internal departments.
  • Provide proactive communication regarding order status, issues, and updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service consistent with company standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate scheduling and assist with pricing inquiries.
  • Communicate and resolve order entry issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order information.
  • Support other administrative and customer service functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service and/or order entry experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation:

  • $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
