Description

Entry-Level Business Analyst (contract)


Agility 360 is seeking a Business Analyst to support Revenue Operations of our client by serving as the operational backbone for outbound demand generation initiatives. This role will transform lead life cycle strategies into documented processes, technical requirements, and user-ready solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with process documentation, Salesforce, and project coordination.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Project Administration (Jira & Salesforce)
  • Create, submit, and track Jira tickets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project status, timelines, and blockers, escalating issues when needed.
  • Perform Salesforce (SFDC) field audits to ensure marketing data is accurately reflected in sales-facing systems.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Documentation & Process Mapping
  • Create and maintain workflow diagrams and process maps using Visio.
  • Develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides for Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations to communicate project goals, process changes, and key metrics.
  • Maintain process documentation as the source of truth for new and existing initiatives.
  • Data Hygiene & Troubleshooting Support
  • Assist with outbound demand generation data cleanup and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Help identify and resolve process gaps affecting lead generation efforts.
  • Coordinate meetings, document requirements, and facilitate follow-up actions.
  • Support solution implementation through documentation, training materials, and Jira ticket creation.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Jira.
  • Strong process documentation and workflow mapping skills (Visio preferred).
  • Experience creating SOPs, user guides, and presentation materials.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Demand Generation initiatives is a plus.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $25/hour
  • Employment Type: Contract Only
  • Duration: 10-11 Weeks
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Dallas, TX (Local candidates preferred) or Fully Remote
  • Hybrid Requirement: Dallas-area candidates will report to the office one day per week.
