Job description

Position: Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL (1st two months Hybrid and then Remote)

Preferable: Relocate to Chicago or ok to travel Monthly Thrice

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa independent consultants

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain Oracle EBS with specific focus on HCM Core HR, System Administration
  • Customize and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules
  • Collaborate with Workday SI and Oracle EBS Core Support team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Modify existing integrations both inbound and outbound employee / people data to accommodate for changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS HCM integrations and data flows
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities related to People data
  • Work Closely with Core support, business, and SIs in testing
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures
  • Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Manage security roles and data access within Oracle EBS System (User) Administration, ensuring compliance and proper access controls
  • Contribute to HR system implementations
