In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience in Workday cloud platform.
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, locations, etc.), troubleshooting data issues / corrections
• Experience in Workday reporting and analytics and security configs and changes.
• Must have the ability to manage and run Workday major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities for business and implement.
• Ability to propose functionality changes based on business requirements.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Exposure to Workday Technical skillset.
• Should have experience with Workday security.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
