We are seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Business Development Manager located in the MidWest

Job Responsibilities:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships for a technology services company with Oracle HCM cloud products.

Business Development Manager Job Duties:

  • Locates or proposes potential software and software implementation deals by contacting potential customers and partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential software implementation deals by analyzing opportunity requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by examining risks and potentials.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities that add value and profit to the organization.
