*This is a hybrid role in Torrance, CA & only accepting current CA residents*
The Oracle Cloud Business Analyst Finance will serve as a key functional resource for The Chemical Guys' Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in the General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Inter Company Transactions, and related business functions. This individual will be responsible for resolution of day-to-day user service requests, implementation of enhancements and new modules, and redesign of current processes to optimize the use of the ERP software.
Position Description:
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document the stated and implicit business requirements and map those requirements to the features and functions provided by Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT teams to specify business and system processes for implementation on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Identify and document technical and functional gaps in the current state of the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Develop and implement remediation plans to improve the current state of implementation
  • Identify opportunities to leverage additional features and functions within the software to improve business operations
  • Provide functional support to end users including issue resolution and performing root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues in transactions and dataflows that span multiple systems integrating with the CG Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP

Position Location: Torrance, CA - Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Target Start Date: Jan 20, 2026
Direct Reports: None
Compensation Range: $160 - $170k annually
First Year Deliverables
3 months:
  • High level understanding of the major business flows and transactions in the Accounting and Finance Functional area at CG
  • Understanding of the IT policies and procedures for user support, system configurations and vendor interaction
  • Development of personal and professional relationships with the user community

6 months:
  • Thorough understanding of the system configurations in Accounting and Finance Modules of the Fusion Cloud ERP as implemented at CG
  • Proactive resolution of user issues as demonstrated by the number of user requests addressed and the feedback received from the users

12 months:
  • Established and recognized as the go-to expert in the Financials Modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Expert level contributions towards new projects and system enhancements.

Requirements
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or equivalent technical and business experience.
  • Five to six years' experience as an Oracle Cloud business analyst
  • Expert level knowledge of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Inter Company Accounting.
  • Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis
  • Minimum 2 large scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
  • Proven project delivery through full life cycle from requirements through deployment /support.
  • Experience with one or more Oracle Reporting tools including Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, OTBI, BI Reports, QlikView and/or Tableau.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Salary Description
$160 - $170k annually
