Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Bilingual Purchasing Agent to manage procurement processes and supplier relationships in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services while fostering excellent communication with local and international vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts to secure the best value for goods and services.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including those in Spanish-speaking regions.
  • Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Spanish.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and address any issues to avoid disruptions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, evaluate supplier performance, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
