Peak Roofing Partners | Plantation, FL
Full-Time | In-Office

Peak Roofing Partners is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join its corporate team in Plantation, Florida. This role will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the company’s growing residential roofing operations.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with leadership and operating teams to turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve profitability, support growth, and drive better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Track revenue, gross margin, labor costs, overhead, commissions, and other key financial metrics.
  • Analyze performance across markets, branches, and business units.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve profitability and operating performance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure financial data is accurate and timely.
  • Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Analyze sales performance, production costs, customer acquisition costs, and other operational drivers.
  • Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.
  • Help improve financial reporting processes, systems, and data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and core financial concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to communicate financial findings clearly to both finance and non-finance leaders.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a multi-location, service-based, construction, or private-equity-backed company is preferred.
