You are:

An experienced data integration and migration professional with hands-on experience executing complex data projects within a team setting. You have held roles such as Data Engineer, ETL Developer, Data Migration Specialist, or Integration Specialist, and you thrive on translating raw data challenges into clean, structured solutions.
You have contributed to mid-to-large-scale data migration or integration engagements - from discovery and data profiling through extraction, transformation, load (ETL), and post-migration validation. You are proficient in SQL and have working knowledge of Python or an equivalent scripting language, with hands-on experience using at least one major ETL/ELT platform.
People around you consider you a reliable, technically strong contributor who is growing toward subject matter expert. You are an excellent communicator, comfortable facilitating client working sessions, and looking to grow within a collaborative, high-performing national team.

The team:

You will work within the Enterprise Data Integration & Migration (EDIM) practice - a national team delivering scalable, repeatable data migration and integration solutions across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms. The team operates across the full project lifecycle: from pre-sales and discovery through design, build, testing, and go-live support.
The team is committed to building reusable delivery frameworks, expanding capabilities in business applications like D365 F&SC, Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce and other applications, and developing our people through certifications, innovation programs, and a culture of continuous learning. We serve clients across the United States and collaborate with global delivery partners.

Work you'll do:

Data Migration & Integration Delivery
- Support end-to-end data migration and integration workstreams as a hands-on technical contributor
- Execute ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Boomi, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, or others
- Perform data profiling, metadata mapping, and source-to-target mapping
- Develop and execute data cleansing, transformation, and load scripts in SQL/Python
- Support inbound data loads into target systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Participate in migration rehearsals, cutover planning, and go-live support
Technical Solution Development
- Design and develop data pipelines and integration patterns aligned to project requirements
- Work with data in relational (3NF, Star/Snowflake schema) and non-relational formats
- Develop and maintain technical documentation: data mapping specifications, transformation rules, and data dictionaries
- Support architecture and solution design reviews under the guidance of senior team members
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Build and execute test plans including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases
- Triage and resolve data defects and bugs throughout the project lifecycle
- Validate data integrity post-load, reconciling record counts and exception reports
Client Engagement & Collaboration
- Participate in client discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops
- Communicate findings, risks, and project status clearly to client and internal stakeholders
- Support the drafting of Statements of Work (SOWs) and project estimates under senior direction
Practice & Team Development
- Contribute to internal tools, templates, accelerators, and delivery playbooks
- Pursue certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of associate-level team members
- Travel to client sites as needed

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in data migration and/or integration roles
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Informatica, Alteryx or another ETL/ELT tool
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or other business application data structures
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure (ADF, Azure SQL, Synapse), AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft, Snowflake, or equivalent
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals, or SOW development

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $88,900 - $168,300

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
