Cadence, Inc. is a medical device contract manufacturing company seeking both entry-level and experienced Machine Operators to join our team. Whether you’re just getting started or already have manufacturing experience, we provide the training, tools, and opportunities to help you succeed. We currently have openings on day, evening and night shift.

For Entry-Level Candidates:
No prior manufacturing experience required — we will train you. If you enjoy working with your hands and have basic mechanical skills, this is a great opportunity to start a stable, long-term career.

For Experienced Operators:
If you have prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, we offer competitive pay based on experience and opportunities to grow into advanced set-up operator or technical roles.


What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow work instructions, documentation, and safety procedures
