Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as an Entry-Level Power Generation Technician, supporting major energy projects in Nevada (South Valley & Peru Ridge).

This is a hands-on opportunity to start your career working with real equipment in the field, alongside experienced technicians, helping power critical operations.

You'll support installation, maintenance, and daily operations while learning to work with advanced natural gas generator systems (Jenbacher J420 - CNG & LNG).

From world-class events like F1 or FIFA to remote communities and industrial sites, we deliver power and climate solutions at scale-and develop the next generation of technicians to keep it running.

Here's what you'll do:
  • Support preventative maintenance on power generation equipment
  • Assist with installation activities (including cable pulling and setup)
  • Work alongside certified J420 (INNIO) technicians
  • Follow safety procedures and support daily site operations
  • Learn troubleshooting basics and assist with equipment inspections
You are:
  • A TMCC student or recent graduate in:
    • Electrical, Mechanical, Diesel, or related program
  • Interested in hands-on, field-based work
  • Willing to work on-site in Nevada (relocation or commute required)
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a team environment
