Green Light is a growing healthcare technology company that partners with healthcare providers and health plans to improve the healthcare claims process. We're looking for an Entry-Level Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our Provider Services team.


No previous healthcare experience is required. If you're eager to learn, enjoy staying organized, and want to build a long-term career in healthcare administration or operations, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.


In this role, you'll help organize documentation, coordinate communications, support healthcare claims workflows, and assist our team in delivering exceptional service to healthcare providers. Your work will play an important role in helping providers resolve claims efficiently and keep healthcare operations running smoothly.


What You'll Do

  • Organize and maintain documentation related to healthcare claims, provider appeals, and administrative records.
  • Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and documentation, ensuring requests are routed to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with administrative workflows that support healthcare claims processing and provider communications.
  • Track documentation and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Work closely with internal teams to help ensure claims and provider requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
