The Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling revenue performance by ensuring systems accuracy, process efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across our go-to-market organization. This is an entry level role, great for career building.
This role is purpose-built for top recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to accelerate their careers at the intersection of sales, analytics, and strategy. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full revenue lifecycle-from lead management through order activation-while working directly with sales leaders and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Execution & Order Management
  • Review, validate, and process customer service orders within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and timely activation
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Engineering to resolve discrepancies and ensure deal integrity
Data Integrity & Systems Governance
  • Maintain high standards of data quality across CRM and integrated business systems
  • Ensure consistency across Salesforce, NetSuite, and ServiceNow platforms
  • Support system reconciliation to maintain a single source of truth for revenue data
Pipeline & Lead Management
  • Assign and track inbound and partner-generated leads
  • Ensure proper routing and follow-up across the sales pipeline
  • Partner with Marketing and Channel teams to optimize conversion and pipeline coverage
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison across Sales, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations
  • Ensure seamless handoffs and reduce friction across the revenue lifecycle
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements
  • Support automation, reporting, and operational enhancements
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
