As a Tax Operations Support, you will:
The client is seeking an entry-level professional to support the Tax Documentation team. This role operates in a high-volume, deadline-driven, regulated environment and provides strong exposure to tax operations and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in handling client and internal queries related to:
    • Tax documentation
    • Allocation statements
    • Changes in circumstances
    • U.S. indicia and reporting
  • Assist with research, issue resolution, and basic troubleshooting under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Business Units, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams.
  • Participate in process documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Support projects and system initiatives, including testing and documentation where required.
  • Help track risk and process metrics to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to learn tax documentation and operations processes
  • Basic understanding of Operations, Risk, and Compliance concepts
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.88 per hour
