We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Bomnin Automotive. No prior experience is required-we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities: Enter invoices, vehicle deals, repair orders, and other financial data into the dealership's system accurately and efficiently. Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entering data. Scan, upload, and file accounting documents digitally to ensure organized recordkeeping.

Assist with reconciling simple discrepancies and report issues to senior accounting staff. Maintain daily logs of data entry activity and completed tasks. Communicate with departments such as sales, service, body shop, and parts to follow up on missing or incomplete paperwork.

Help prepare and organize documents for audits or monthly reporting. Learn and follow company procedures, data entry standards, and accounting department policies. Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as organizing digital files, maintaining document naming conventions, and ensuring proper electronic filing within the system.
