Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Recruiter

Location: In Office

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll play an important role in supporting our recruiting efforts and day-to-day office operations.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with people, and keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit candidates for open positions

  • Review applications and conduct phone screenings

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and employment paperwork

  • Maintain accurate employee and applicant records

  • Answer phones, emails, and general office inquiries

  • Assist with data entry and filing

  • Support clients and employees with questions as needed

  • Complete various administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or recruiting experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email

  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
