Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist

GoldLeaf Print & Packaging is growing, and weโ€™re hiring a Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Pelham.


This is a full-time, entry-level office position for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping customers and supporting a busy team. In this role, youโ€™ll assist with customer orders, order entry, project coordination, and general administrative support to help keep daily operations running smoothly.


No prior print industry experience is required โ€” weโ€™ll train the right person.


What Youโ€™ll Do

Assist with customer orders by entering and processing order information accurately

Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales representatives and project managers

Help answer customer questions and communicate updates related to orders and project details

Review order information for accuracy, completeness, and follow-up needs

Communicate with vendors and internal departments to help keep projects moving

Support fulfillment, mailing projects, and general office workflow as needed

Maintain organized records, task lists, and project details to ensure smooth coordination

Help with overflow administrative tasks and other team support duties as assigned
