Appointment Scheduler Specialist (Entry-Level)

Location: Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States

Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Salary: $25 - $38 USD per hour

Waga Energy is a pioneering organisation dedicated to combating climate change by upgrading landfill gas into grid-compliant Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), also known as biomethane. Our patented WAGABOXยฎ technology, the result of ten years of dedicated research and development, recovers methane from waste breakdown and purifies it for direct injection into the gas grid. This innovative process combines membrane filtration and cryogenic distillation to produce high-quality biomethane from our fully automated, 24/7 remotely supervised units. Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Entry-Level Appointment Scheduler Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our stakeholders, responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating schedules. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the flexibility of either day or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to schedule appointments and site visits.
  • Coordinate complex calendars for multiple teams and individuals, ensuring no scheduling conflicts arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal staff to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities in our company database and CRM system.
  • Provide preparatory information to relevant parties ahead of scheduled meetings or visits.
  • Serve as a professional and knowledgeable representative of Waga Energy, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational workflow.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, including MS Office Suite and calendar management applications.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a scheduling, administrative, or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
