Why does CRNA not like CAA?

CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) programs focus on advanced nursing and anesthesia skills, while CAA (Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant) is a different anesthesia provider role with a medical model training path. Some CRNAs may view CAA as less aligned with nursing-based anesthesia practice or prefer their own certification and scope of practice, leading to professional differences. Both roles work in anesthesia teams but have distinct educational backgrounds and responsibilities.

Do CRNAs make 300k a year?

CRNAs (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) typically earn between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, with some experienced professionals in high-demand areas earning over $250,000. Reaching a $300,000 salary usually requires extensive experience, working in high-paying regions, or taking on additional shifts and responsibilities.
