Sales Associate - St Louis / Kansas City
Candidates Location: St. Louis or Kansas City!
We're excited to launch our next Sales Associate Cohort starting October 1, 2026!
Designed for individuals eager to break into medical sales and build a long-term career within Mölnlycke's Wound Care business, this is an 18-month, entry-level field sales role with a clear path toward becoming a Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
As part of this upcoming cohort, you'll become fully cross-trained on our entire Wound Care portfolio, gaining the product expertise, clinical understanding, and field experience needed to drive meaningful customer impact.
During your first six months, you will:
  • Follow a structured milestone-based development plan
  • Build foundational clinical and product knowledge across the full Wound Care portfolio
  • Receive ongoing, robust performance feedback from both your Sales Enablement Manager and Region Manager
  • Be introduced to real-world sales calls, case coverage, distributor interactions, and customer engagement

The following 12 months, you will:
  • Shadow & collaborate with Territory Sales reps through all stages of sales cycle
  • Develop advanced sales proficiency through customer engagement, opportunity management, and cross-functional field exposure.
  • Build readiness for a Territory Manager role through account ownership, territory coverage, strategic planning, and sales forecasting responsibilities.

Your full development journey typically lasts 18 months, culminating in the opportunity to apply for an open Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role that aligns with your skills, performance, and career aspirations.
Work-Life Balance
  • 60-75% Overnight travel is expected across the Central Region.
    • Region covers: KS, NE, MO, OK, AR, W. TN, Southern IL, Western IN, Northern MS
  • Promotion to a Territory Sales Rep will likely require relocation within the US

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field from an accredited college and/or university required

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., sit, stand, walk for long distances, and stoop
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital-required credentialing, which may include Covid-19 vaccinations.
  • Relocation within the US may be required for promotion.
