About the Position: We're looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician with a passion to learn and grow in an environment where attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to getting things done right are key.

Job Duties Include:

  • Performing hands-on maintenance tasks in and around our properties including appliance repair, apartment turns, and other work order requests.
  • Addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally
  • Working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly
  • After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical/hands-on tasks in various weather conditions
  • Must be a self-starter and flexible team player with strong problem-solving instincts
  • 2+ years of property maintenance experience including appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot repairs with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to mentor entry-level team members on tool use and safety practices
  • EPA Certification (or the willingness to obtain it within 90 days! Regency-paid.)
