Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for multiple Level 2 Help Desk Agents to support a high-volume end-user migration project. This role will play a key part in providing technical support and ensuring a smooth transition for users following a recent company acquisition.
What's the job?
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for end users during a large-scale migration
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues within Microsoft O365 applications
  • Support email and Exchange issues, including Outlook and mobile configurations
  • Assist with general "how-to" questions related to Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Provide Intune enrollment support and device-related troubleshooting
  • Handle VPN connectivity issues
  • Deliver white-glove support to VIP users

What's needed?
  • Experience supporting Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Intune
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including VPN support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work any assigned shift during the project timeline
