We are seeking an IT Technician to join a leading technology company in its growing IT Managed Services division. Candidates for the position should possess the following attributes:<\/span>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must have first\-class verbal customer service skills, outstanding time management, strong documentation skills, a clean driving record, and above all, be a team\-first player.<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be fundamentally adept at troubleshooting in often unfamiliar circumstances.<\/span>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems remotely.<\/span>
<\/p>

Requirements:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with Fortinet \/ FortiGate (or Cisco or similar tech), routers\/firewalls, layer 2 switches, wireless deployments, IPSEC VPN configuration, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations<\/span>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with Windows Server operating systems (2003\-2022) and roles\/features including, but not limited to: Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, DNS, DHCP, RDS<\/span>

       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2003\-2022) or Microsoft Office 365 deployment and migration.<\/span>
