Job description

Transform Labs is looking for a Senior .NET/Angular Developer Team Lead to drive development on an automotive application.
We need a hands-on technical leader with 7+ years of experience who can write great code, mentor a small team, and play well with everyone else, including the client.
You bring:
  • Strong .NET Core and Angular experience
  • A track record of leading and mentoring developer teams
  • Comfort running code reviews and holding a high bar for quality
  • Experience working in a fully Agile environment
  • Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level
  • U.S.-based and eligible to work without sponsorship

You'll need your own equipment for this position, although we'll pay for any subscriptions/seats.
Machine requirements:
Windows
  • Windows 11 Pro
  • 32GB RAM+
  • 12th generation Core i7 / Core i9 (or AMD equivalent)
  • 2TB SSD (or nvme) minimum

Mac
  • macOS 15 or later
  • M2 or newer (Pro/Max/Ultra preferred)
  • 16GB RAM or more
  • 1TB SSD or more

Nice to have: experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Preference given to candidates in Ohio or Michigan - while rare, occasional in-person meetings may be required. Travel reimbursed.

  • Collaborate with our full Agile team - designers, PMs, QA, Product Mgrs.
